The Approach

In 2023, Cardinal Health faced the challenge of integrating two multi-billion dollar acquisitions: Specialty Networks and Integrated Oncology Network. The integrations required alignment across numerous functional areas, strict compliance with GAAP, SEC, and SOX regulations, and careful management of multi-million-dollar budgets.
