Lbrands
Through Victoria’s Secret, PINK, Bath & Body Works, La Senza and Henri Bendel. L Brands is an international company that sells lingerie, personal care and beauty products, apparel and accessories. L Brands implemented a new transportation system that had not been fully tested end to end. As a result they were experiencing errors which severely impacted financials and increased time to transport product. PSI engaged to provide application testing and tuning support.

Commercial Vehicle Group
CVG (and its subsidiaries) is a leading supplier of a full range of cab related products and systems for the global commercial vehicle market, including the medium-and heavy-duty truck market, the medium-and heavy-duty construction vehicle market, and the military, bus, agriculture, specialty transportation, mining, industrial equipment and off-road recreational markets. CVG required Project Delivery and Systems Architecture expertise in support of high profile projects. CVG selected PSI to provide that expertise.

MPW Industrial Services
With nearly 3,000 employees and 72 locations in the United States and Canada, MPW Industrial Services provides industrial cleaning, water purification, facility management and environmental management services to customers in the power generation, primary metals, chemicals, refining, oil and gas, automotive, food and beverage and pulp and paper industries. MPW’s headquarters are in Hebron, Ohio. MPW required Senior .net Development expertise. They turned to PSI.

Modern Medical
Modern Medical is part of the Workers’ Compensation industry providing services to insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-insured and case management companies. A long-time PSI client, MMI desired to build a suite of web-based tools designed to make managing their client’s claims easier and more cost-effective from start to finish. MMI engaged PSI to provide SOA Architecture and Application Development design expertise.

Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS)
Many individuals incarcerated within Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) institutions have histories of addiction and have participated in treatment programs within the Bureau of Recovery Services located in the institutions. The Community Transition Program (CTP) is designed to improve access to treatment and recovery support services for individuals that received Substance Use Disorders (SUD) programming while incarcerated as they transition back into the community. The Ohio Department of Mental Health OhioMHAS sought an information technology services partner with the experience and competency to do all things necessary for or incidental to the development of the CTP application in 8 weeks. PSI was selected.

Columbus City Schools (CCS)
Columbus City Schools (CCS), located in Columbus, Ohio is the largest school district in Ohio and operates 115 school buildings serving approximately 50,000 students. The District desired to partner with a technology consulting firm to outsource Field Tech support. Key was providing CCS with access to personnel who possessed the skills required to keep up with the rapid advance of information technology without the required investment in in-house hiring and training of staff. CCS selected PSI as their outsource partner.

Ohio Department of Education
The Ohio Department of Education (EDU) sought assistance with an assessment of the Comprehensive Continuous Improvement Plan (CCIP) with a focus on the planning tool. Specifically, the EDU wanted to explore the possibility of redesigning and streamlining the CCIP tool. PSI awarded fixed-fee, deliverables-based engagement to provide an As-Is, To-Be and To-Be-Execution Model.

Healthcare Solutions, Inc.
Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (HSI) purchased a long-time PSI client, Modern Medical. Healthcare Solutions engaged PSI to provide senior-level technology and organizational management expertise. This included an “as is” and “to be” assessment of both company’s information systems and IS staff and deliver an Integration/Separation recommendation plan to maximize potential synergies of systems and resources.

Franklin County Auditor
The Franklin County Auditor had an existing project in flight to implement the Integrated Real Estate Tax Accounting Software (RMS). RMS is a modular system, enabling it to operate as a tightly integrated turn-key solution just as well as it can as individual, stand-alone components. From property management to computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA), tax billing, extension, collection, and excise tax management, RMS is a one stop solution for revenue management needs. PSI awarded contract to provide Project Advisory and Management Support Services to deliver the project.

Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS)
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) sought ways to improve the level of service it offered to Ohio residents. With the pervasive nature of smartphones and tablets, Ohio residents were demanding more access to key information and functionality for accounts such as unemployment benefits distribution. ODJFS sought a partner to help guide their direction – both from a technology best-practices perspective, as well as around an engaging user experience. PSI was selected to build the ODJFS solution.
