Enterprise Mobile Solution Digitizes Workflow and Improves Efficiency
MPW relied on a paper-based system to manage the delivery and rinse-in of products and services to Industrial Water Group customers. While the system worked, it was inefficient, error-prone and created delays.
MPW determined the best way to overcome these challenges was to modernize and simplify their workflow leveraging digital technologies.
PSI’s expertise aided MPW in eliminating paper processes, improving data integrity, and increasing efficiency. The process included team members from several departments across the organization including the water division, plant service director, logistics manager, plant managers, drivers, IT and Infrastructure team. Overall, MPW is very happy with the mobile solution provided by PSI and has engaged PSI for additional projects.
