PSI Consultant Provides Technical Advancements and Improves Communication for Students and Staff
The Background
Columbus City Schools (CCS) needed a resource to assist with any technical issues that might arise with the new mode of operation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Approach
CCS first enlisted Kelly Holbrook through PSI prior to the 2018/2019 school year. CCS needed a resource to take over ownership of four area schools that required a systems update. Kelly was the perfect solution.
The Results
Kelly improved communication with leadership, enhanced outreach for more up-to-date service, provided more efficient response-time, and increased department availability.
